A lovely gift from the Netherlands. These wooden blocks designed for form various animals can be used as a way of thinking about other projects. Small, loosely connected pieces forming something much more.

You know that feeling when you think you’ve seen this before? History and art tend to repeat themselves in ideas, but just in a new context with a new focus.
Bookblock Original
Many, many months ago, we were asked to submit a design for the new Bookblock Original Series of notebooks. We went through our archive and found something interesting and challenging to test. The results are beyond expectation.
