It seems that PWC’s Chief AI Officer’s bragging about how much more efficient they are when using AI has prompted several of their customers to ask for discounts!

It only makes sense that if you can do the job faster and cheaper that you’d pass those savings onto your customers. If your c-suite executives are going around talking about how AI is changing their business for the better and creating more savings and efficiencies, customers start expecting to see savings too!

AI is the big buzz word right now and all these companies want to make themselves known as being ‘smart’ and ‘ahead of the curve’, but sometimes maybe it’s best to conceal those origins!

While it’s temping to jump on the AI bandwagon and brag about how you’re more AI than your competitors, just remember that your customers are listening too.

It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool, than to talk and remove all doubt of it.
