Save LUTs

LUTs can be created in many photo editing softwares or downloaded online (see our sample LUTs). To import them into Camelut, you need to put them into iCloud.

Using the Files.app and iCloud drive, you should create a folder called LUTs to organize all your downloads. You can browse to that file in Camelut and import as needed.

To add more LUTs filters, click on the LUTs link, gives you a list of all the LUTs you have installed. In the top left, you can import more LUTs from iCloud Drive. Browse to the folder you created an you can see all the downloaded LUT files.

Sort and Categorize LUTs

The camera view has a small menu in the top right to add categories to a LUT quickly List of LUT files with one row swiped right to show category options

By swiping up and down in the camera view, you can change the selected LUT filter. Swiping left and right changes the categories.

In the camera view, if you find a LUT filter you like, you can easily add or remove it from a category.

The LUTs list view also allows you to categories your LUT filters by swiping right on the list item row.

Undo LUT filters

Camelut adds non-distructive editting to the photos. To remove any LUT filter, select the photo in photos.app and in the menu you can 'revert to original'. This will remove the filter. If you want to keep both, make a copy of the photo, and in only one revert.
