⪮ Good Morning
Runners to your marks
This is the first episode in the first season of this new newsletter called Good Morning. As with any new venture, it's going to take a bit of tweaking to find the perfect balance.
The goal of this newsletter is to share fun and interesting nuggets. It is part of (optional.is) but is disconnected from clients and internal projects.
In each edition, we'll include 1 photo, 2 thoughts and 3 links to projects, products, or services we think you should know about. They probably won't have a theme, just cool things that caught our attention.
We are excited and nervous with every new project. We reset the mailing list and are rebuilding our audience.
Welcome traveller, thanks for joining us, and enjoy.
The Fortune Cookie Lied
First 02020, then 02021, now it's 02022 and there is still a lot of anxiety about the future. Here are three quotes we come back to time and time again that encompass our current philosophy.
A journey of a thousand [miles] starts beneath one's feet.
—Lao Tzu
Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.
—Mike Tyson
It's better to sell shoves than dig for gold.
—Anonymous
These could be summed up as: You gotta start in order to finish. Any plans you make will inevitably change, and it's better to be in it for the long term.
Ask us again in five years, and we'll probably give you the same advice.
