Potential Projects
To help better understand the day-to-day operations that any employee is responsible for includes working on internal and client projects.
An example client project might be to convert static data sets from sources such as excel into more interactive tools and data visualiztions. These are usually constructed in HTML and interactivity layered on with JavaScript. The ability to filter, search and sort the data are normal functions that would need to be designed and coded.
Internal projects are all moving to cloud services such as Heroku using Django to ramp-up and spin off instances as needed. These project will mostly be utility based; surveys, time-tracking, todo lists, but there are opportunities to create and define new projects.
